After you have downloaded the software you will need to open the folder where it was downloaded to.

Installing TeamViewer: Please note that administrative privileges are required to install the software.

1. Run the file and follow the instructions in the Setup program.

2. On the first setup screen you want to select: Installation to access this computer remotely (unattended) in the top half and then select Personal in the lower half, next click on finish to complete the setup features.

3. After the software installs you will see a Setup Unattended Access page, click on next, then fill in a computer name and a password, make sure to record the password, then click on next.

4. Next page is step 2, click on I don't want to create a TeamViewer account now, and then click next

5. Next you will see the ID for your computer, make sure to record this also, next click finish.

6. At this point you have installed the software needed for remote support using TeamViewer, you can click on the red X to close out the setup & install program. 


Now you have completed the steps needed to setup for remote TeamViewer support from us, you can either call us with the info or go to our Contact us page with the ID & password and post it in the form to send to us.
