This Software uses a Web-based interface to enable easy
administration from any web browser on the internal network, password
protected and accessible remotely via SSH or PPTP. It supports disk
mirroring (RAID 1) and tape backup for additional data protection.
Simply type in the IP address to access the server-interface:
http://192.168.1.100/server-manager , and everything can be
controlled from here. It could not be any easier!

The Easy Linux Server is based on RedHat 7.3 and uses the 2.4 series
Linux kernel. This combination supports a wide variety of hardware, and
the hardware requirements of the Server are modest compared with other
server software available today.
The hardware requirements of the host computer depend on such things
as the number of users on your network, whether you plan to use the
proxy server on the server, and the speed of your Internet connection.
- A Category 1 Server, with up to 10 users, ONLY requires a
Pentium 90MHz, with 32MB RAM!
- A category 2 Server, with up to 40 users, ONLY requires a
Pentium II 400MHz, with 128MB RAM!
- A Category 4 Server, with up to 500 users, and heavy use, ONLY
requires a Pentium II 700MHz with 256MB RAM!
